The hotel was great! We had a queen suite. The room was very large, twice as big as any in the Indianapolis area. The best part was we had a full size refrigerator, and the free included breakfast was top notch! The 3rd shift okay lady was very helpful. Got us items we had requested at check-in that the 2nd shift lady did not accommodate. Very friendly & hard-working. The morning check-out guy was also very friendly. The housekeeping team does a very great job. The property was extremely clean.

Excellent breakfast, great location to Carmel City Center and Monon Trail. We would consider returning except for statements below regarding temperature. We did not sleep well.

The room was really nice and spacious! The facility was also really clean. The bed was comfortable. The only thing that made our stay a little, ehhh, was our neighbors arguing out in the hallway throughout the night. Other than that, it was a fantastic stay!

The room was bigger than normal. Beds were very comfortable. Quiet. Hot tub was awesome. Breakfast was good.

The rooms where nice size good layout. Hotel staff friendly. Pool was nice think outdoor once weather gets better would have been very nice too.

Location is convenient and easily accessible. It’s not located in a heavy traffic area. Breakfast was good. The pool area was protected from the wind and the indoor / outdoor feature was great for letting the kids swim no matter the weather.

The ONLY thing that I disliked was the position of the TV being in the center of the room, with certain people either sitting on a bed or on the couch not being able to see the screen. The layout of the room would need changed or an addition tv is needed.

The room was very cozy. In the evening, the lighting just seemed especially cozy. It was also very clean. And somehow, this hotel has managed to keep people. from smoking weed in the rooms! Good job!!!!
